Telnet

To Telnet to your Quik site, you must use a Telent client capable of Secure Socket Handling (SSH). A good (free) program for this is Tera Term Pro. Also, you must make sure that telnet is enabled for you. Call customer support (1-888-NETWEB9) to have your telnet priveledges enabled.

Unzip and run setup.exe to install Tera Term Pro.

Go to http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA002416/teraterm.html and download the newest version for your platform. Then, download ttssh from http://www.zip.com.au/~roca/ttssh.html.

Unzip this to the same directory as TTP. Run ttssh.exe.

Enter your domain name as the host name (i.e. www.thisismydomain.com) and select SSH.

Enter your Quik username and password, and select "Use plain password to log in." Click "OK".

You should now be logged in.
