Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Double-click on Dial-Up Networking.
Right click on the icon for your connection to Quik
(usually "Quik" or "Connection to ###-7845")
Click on Properties. Make sure your phone number field looks like this, but with your local Quik number.
Click OK and sign on.
